As the COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis continues to heavily take a toll on the entire travel industry, the process times for returns on cancelled bookings continues to be strained as more and more travel intermediaries and supply chains lay off thousands of staff and reduce their trading hours.

This has had a compounding effect on process times with greater demands and less resources to handle the multitude of affected bookings.

We are currently beginning to role out updates to our affected clients pertaining to their individual bookings and this has begun this week and will extend through to the next 10-14 days.
