Last week we began refund processing and preparing notifications for many, many groups. Due to a server issue late last weeks that affected our inbound and outbound emails, this has affected the sending out of 'phase 2' of these notifications, however we expect these to role out within the next 24hrs. This should still keep us on track for the phase 3 finalisation as we will be combining both to streamline the process for our clients waiting. Many Thanks.
