The light at the End of the Tunnel

After a considerable amount of very tough months we are starting to sees hopeful signs of things turning around. With most of our borders coming down, and the return of Virgin Australia to our skies, this has breathes a sigh of relief in many of our travellers as Australians are eager to get back to moving around our wonderful country. But there is still a long way to go before travel to international destinations for leisure, sport and business events get the green light.

It is also pleasing to know that we are starting to have many supplier refunds/credits being to trickle through, which we understand has been a very stressful time for both us and all our clients. If you are still awaiting a refund and or credit for your particular trip, please note that you will begin to receive communications to work towards finalising many outstanding bookings that

are sitting in a pipeline. Whether its a tour, flight or cruise. We will be working through these over the coming month.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been almost apocalyptic, but we endeavour to push forward however hard it takes to get our feet back on the ground.
